Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 15, 2026

Stratford Nucs does not create accounts and does not run first-party analytics, advertising, or crash SDKs in the site or iOS app.

This page describes the website at stratford-nucs.com and the iOS app “Stratford Nucs” (bundle ID com.stratford.nucs), which is a SwiftUI + WKWebView shell of that site.

Who we are

Stratford Nucs is a nuclear medicine teaching hub for second-year radiology residents and ABR-style review. Live modules include General Nuclear Medicine (bone, V/Q, cardiac MPI, HIDA, renogram, thyroid, infection, and related studies), a radiopharmaceuticals explorer, and Cameras & Physics. PET Imaging, Therapies, and Radiation Safety are reserved placeholders.

The iOS app loads the live site and is not a separate product. It is educational only. It is not a medical device, not a diagnostic tool, and not medical advice.

No accounts

There is no sign-in, registration, profile, or user-generated content. We do not ask for your name, email, or other contact details to use the site or app. If you email us, we see whatever you choose to send.

What the iOS app loads

The app’s WKWebView is limited to stratford-nucs.com and www.stratford-nucs.com. Teaching pages on those hosts stay inside the app.

Some study pages credit third-party teaching cases (for example Radiopaedia). Tapping those links opens the destination in Safari, not in the in-app webview. Safari visits follow that other site’s privacy policy, not this one. The app does not embed an open-web browser.

The app needs a network connection to load the live site. If the load fails, it shows a retry overlay. It does not keep a local copy of module content for offline study.

What we collect — and what we do not

The site is static HTML hosted on Netlify. In the first-party HTML, CSS, and JavaScript we ship, we do not include:

The iOS app’s privacy manifest (PrivacyInfo.xcprivacy) declares no tracking, no tracking domains, and no collected data types. The app does not request location, contacts, photos, camera, microphone, or motion permissions.

Hosting logs and Apple diagnostics

We do not operate our own analytics pipeline. Like most websites, the host (Netlify) and the network path in between may record ordinary technical logs when you load a page — for example IP address, date and time, requested URL, referrer, and browser or app user-agent. We do not use those logs to identify you, build advertising profiles, or sell data. We have not independently audited every log Netlify retains; treat this as a conservative disclosure of standard static-hosting practice.

If you have opted in to Apple’s analytics or crash reporting on your device, Apple may receive diagnostic data about the app under Apple’s policies. We do not embed a third-party crash reporter.

Your browser or WKWebView may keep a normal HTTP cache of pages and images so the site loads faster. That cache lives on your device.

Children

Stratford Nucs is written for radiology residents and board-style review, not for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The iOS app is not Made for Kids.

Changes

If data practices change — for example if we add accounts or analytics — we will update this page and the “Last updated” date. The iOS app listing privacy URL is https://stratford-nucs.com/privacy.
